The office manager and production assistant is responsible for managing the day-to-day office duties, client relations, scheduling, coordinating and also preparing props, printing and handing out scripts, as well as assisting crew members where needed.

To be successful as an office manager and production assistant, you must be able to multitask, while paying close attention to detail. A good production assistant helps all departments involved in the production process.  The ideal candidate should take great respect in the collaborative process and the art of visual storytelling. 

Responsibilities:
-Prepare the set for filming.

As a Camera Operator, you will work alongside our Creative Team be responsible for capturing high quality visual elements for various projects including attractive shots, videos and images for events, film and TV production needs. Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with creative team to determine shooting needs and requirements
-Choose and set all the needed filming equipment
-Arrange cameras and examine angles to achieve the best shooting outcomes
-Test camera movements
-Shoot scenes according to guidance and requirements
-Film quality footage 
-Collaborate with other team members
-Report and resolve any technical or practical issues
-Provide creative input to scene planning and implementation
-Execute editing activities 

Requirements:
-BA in film, media or similar relevant field
-Previous working experience as camera operator for 5 years

The photographer’s responsibilities include seeking out appropriate locations for photoshoots, preparing the studio for each client, purchasing necessary props, and keeping abreast of the latest photo editing software.

To be successful as a photographer, you must have excellent interpersonal skills and a keen eye for detail. A great photographer knows how to balance artistic integrity with the demands of the client.  The ideal candidate should take great respect in the collaborative process and the art of visual storytelling. 

Responsibilities:
-Meet with clients prior to photoshoots to gauge their needs and expectations.
-Purchase props needed for photoshoots.
-Prepare the studio for photoshoots by setting up necessary lights and ensuring that the space is clean.
-Find appropriate locations for shoots that are held outside of the studio.
-Prepare necessary release forms for events.
-Remain up to date with the latest editing software.

Requirements:
-A degree in media, film, or a relevant field.
-Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced key grip to join our growing production company. As a key grip, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of grips throughout developing and building production sets and constructing the equipment that supports the cameras. You may be required to hang lights, build dolly tracks, rig camera cranes, and perform general rigging duties.

To ensure success as a key grip, you should have leadership experience in and advanced knowledge of carpentry, metalwork, and electrical work. You should also have creative design skills, good communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours. A top-notch key grip is always on hand to lead the charge to build, fix, rig, or adjust equipment to create the perfect shot. The ideal candidate should take great respect in the collaborative process and the art of visual storytelling. 

Responsibilities:
-Manage team of grips on set in all of the follow capacities. 
-Designing, constructing, and painting set backdrops.
-Unpacking camera and rigging equipment.
-Laying dolly tracks.
-Assembling camera rigging including dollies, jibs, static rigs, cranes, and tracks.
-Testing the strength and safety of constructed rigs.
-Moving set pieces during a shoot.
-Spotting the camera operator.
-Moving light fixtures.
-Maintaining and repairing rigging equipment.

Requirements:
-High school diploma.
-Degree in filmmaking preferred.
-Previous experience working as a grip in the film or television industry.
-Advanced electrical, mechanical, and carpentry skills.
-Ability to lift and manipulate heavy equipment.
-Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.

Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining audio equipment, enhancing audio with appropriate sound effects, fixing sound-related issues, working with producers, actors, singers, and other musicians, and completing projects to specifications. You should be able to offer creative input, but also follow written and verbal instructions.

To be successful as a sound engineer, you should demonstrate patience, attention to detail, and great interpersonal skills. Outstanding sound engineers are able to think on their feet, and make effective recommendations.  The ideal candidate should take great respect in the collaborative process and the art of visual storytelling. 

Responsibilities:
-Meeting with clients to determine the requirements and specifications of recordings or performances.
-Safely setting up, repairing, servicing, and replacing equipment when required.
-Manipulating and enhancing live and recorded audio.
-Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment.
-Understanding briefs and making helpful suggestions if possible and appropriate.
-Editing and mixing audio to client specifications.
